Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our BPO team. As a Sales Associate, you will handle outbound and/or inbound calls, engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer products or services that best fit their requirements. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure a positive customer journey through professional and persuasive communication.
  • Update customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in a BPO or call center environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, confident, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and quotas.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; college level or graduate preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
