Documentation Management

  • Assists in preparing and processing Delivery Receipts of direct to customers.
  • Requesting Bill of Lading from carriers for Local Shipments.
  • Collate and uploads Delivery Receipt copies from 3PLs.

Data Entry and Reporting

  • Assist in encoding trucking rate charges of 3PLs.
  • Assists Business Central System on the direct deliveries, transfer orders, warehouse receipts, and receiving report by regularly updating it and encoding the substantial information needed.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by Logistics Supervisor and Manager.

Sales, Customer and Supplier Communication

  • Assist in the delivery monitoring truck trips.
  • Communicates and collaborates with sales agents, drivers, warehouse people, millers and truckers by responding to them on a timely manner and keeps them updated on the status of deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery updates.
  • Monitor warehouses and millers to fast-track loading and dispatching of trucks.
  • Assist in the monitoring of GPS.
  • Assist in providing customer's delivery requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
