Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate & Government Sector

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive corporate and government sales growth. This role will lead a sales team, develop key client partnerships, and expand PSD's market share.

Must-Haves (Required)

  • Hands-on experience in Government Bidding (heavily required)
  • Strong background in B2B or channel sales, preferably in tech, IT, or office solutions industries

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and government clients
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver consistent results
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to optimize results

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5+ years' sales experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
