Position Summary
The Process Management Manager is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This role ensures processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with business objectives, while leveraging technology and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Process Modeling & Optimization
- Use tools such as
Visio, ARIS, or BPMN
to model current ("as-is") and optimized ("to-be") processes, clearly defining roles, inputs, outputs, and control points. - Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Systems Integration & Automation
- Collaborate with system teams (e.g.,
ERP, BPM, CRM
) to integrate optimized processes into business systems. - Identify opportunities to automate routine steps, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and document reviews to gain a deep understanding of current processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure process changes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
- Support the implementation of process-related governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Work closely with business units, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful process adoption.
- Facilitate training and change management initiatives to support smooth transitions.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. - Experience:
Minimum of
3 years
relevant managerial experience in process management, business analysis, or related fields. Technical Skills:
Proficient in
business process modeling
methods (e.g., BPMN).- Skilled in process optimization tools (
Visio, ARIS, LMS
). - Knowledge of management systems such as
ISO, ITIL, Six Sigma
is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Other:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
