Key Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Process Improvement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to process performance, quality, and KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with process owners to understand requirements and pain points

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
