Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations — including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching materials or products. This role also supports inventory monitoring, documentation, and coordination with other departments to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory according to company standards.
  • Prepare and issue materials or items for disbursement to requesting departments.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area.
  • Assist in documentation, tagging, and labeling of goods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, r related field.
  • With 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory systems and warehouse safety protocols.
  • With good organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work or relocate in Pulang Lupa, Brgy. Catmon Sta Maria Bulacan
