Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking a driven and experienced Submittals Coordinator to support our client's business handling engineering projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Project Material Submittals
  • LEED submittals (Does not need to be LEED certified).
  • Working with Spec ID - This is the software we use to create our submittals
  • Reviewing Manufacturer websites and downloading the required data for submittals.
  • Working with PDFs to generate transmittals, cover letters, and combining documents.
  • Ordering Samples
  • Putting together documents on product maintenance & warranties, and installer warranties (Closeouts).

Skillsets & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • Be able to read specs and plans (finish legend and written specs).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational and High attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects at a time.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Experienced as a Project Engineer is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Can be able to work night-shift schedules and willing to relocate in Davao City.
