As an HR Generalist with our organisation, you'll play a pivotal role in building an exceptional workforce and fostering a thriving workplace culture.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- Graduate of Psychology, BS/BA in Human Resource Management, or any equivalent degree
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Solid background in day-to-day HR operations covering:
Employee Relations – Handling ER cases from investigation to closure
- Compensation and Benefits – Statutory and internal programs
- Employee Onboarding – New hire onboarding and orientation
- Employee Data and File Management – HRIS management, data accuracy, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employee relations, and regulatory compliance
- Experienced in compensation and benefits administration, employee documentation, and HR reports generation
- Proficient in HR technology and HRIS systems
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management
- Resilient, adaptable to change, and equipped with high emotional intelligence
- Amenable to working on-site (Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao)
Employee Relations
In charge of Employee Relations Cases relating to VAP Employee Minor cases up to the closure of the case
- In charge of employee transfers/ reprofiling - transfer for the reprofile process
New Hires Onboarding
Assists in the preparation of New Hire Kits
- Assists in conducting New Hire Orientation
Compensation and Benefits
Processes VAP Emergency Loans
- Processes VAP Service Awards
- In charge of COE generation and release
HRIS Management
HRIS Data Entry
- Other HRIS Data/ Admin Management
- May serve as backup on functions completed by HR team members
- HRIS Reports, systems, processes and policy improvements and innovations
