HR and Admin Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of job descriptions, requirement, and vacancy announcements in coordination with department heads;
Create standards for recruitment to hiring process with ideal timetable;
Coordinate over staff recruitment, facilitate selection and hiring process;
Develop onboarding process and materials for newly hired staff (including workstation set-up, email set-up, and preparation of employee ID);
Facilitate on boarding and orientation of newly hired personnel;
Develop a per-department function guide in coordination with department heads;
Create, update, and maintain physical and digital personnel records like job order, employment contracts, time sheets, official business forms and, leave requests;
Check and monitor staff allowances (communication, transportation) and other employee benefits.
Propose initiatives on staff's compensation and benefits;
Coordinate with the department heads for yearly staff evaluation and ensure timely assessment of performances and salaries;
Monitor over workplace health and safety management;
File correspondence and other records;
Take charge of employee relationship management;
Prepare procurement requests for office supplies, office equipment, building maintenance, etc. and perform purchasing function;
Submit reports on HR-related metrics and admin monitoring on a regular basis, and
Perform other tasks assigned by direct superior.
Job qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
At least 3 years relevant experience in an HR role, preferably in a supervisory role
Working knowledge of labor and employment laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
