Join our PH finance team supporting both Australian and Philippine entities. You will 

handle core accounting operations, AU/PH payroll support, month-end close, reporting, and audit assistance while collaborating closely with our Australian head office. 

Position Details

∙Job title: Accountant 

∙Location: Onsite – Pasig, Manila (no hybrid) 

∙Schedule: Australian business hours, Monday–Friday 

∙Employment type: Full-time, Permanent 

∙Career level: 3–5 years professional experience

∙Job specializations: Accounting/Finance — General/Cost Accounting; Corporate 

∙Salary range: PHP 45,000 – 50,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

∙Perform accurate, timely bank reconciliations. 

∙Code and process supplier invoices and vendor payments. 

∙Maintain and reconcile expense records (AU and PH). 

∙Support end-to-end payroll processing (AU and PH) with compliance. 

∙Partner with AU finance for month-end and year-end close. 

∙Prepare and analyse P&L and management reports. 

∙Assist with statutory reporting, audits, and ad-hoc finance projects. 

∙Drive process improvements, controls, and documentation.

Qualifications

Must-have:

∙Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 

∙3+ years accounting experience, including supporting Australian entities. 

∙Working knowledge of Australian tax/compliance and international accounting standards.

∙Strong English communication (written and verbal). 

∙Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

 ∙Can work full-time onsite in Pasig.

Nice-to-have:

∙Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks. 

∙AU and PH payroll processing experience. 

∙Experience in multi-entity or shared services environments. 

∙Exposure to process automation or BI reporting.
