A. JOB SUMMARY

A Data Encoder is responsible for sorting and processing data produced per project. He/she performs a variety of administrative data tasks such as general data entry, accuracy verification, data interpretation and digitization, data system maintenance and management, data backups and proofing and editing.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily encoding and recording of data for projects.
  • Encoding of data for the implementation department.
  • Analyzing and interpretating encoded data.
  • Collecting and consolidating data submitted by Project Manager/ Local Site Encoder.
  • Directly reporting to the Implementation Support Director.
  • Coordination with Project Manager / Account Manager.
  • Work hours could also potentially extend to night shift.
  • Knowledgeable in excel formula using vlookup and pivot

C. QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Two (2) year relevant working experience in analyzing and interpreting data is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to effectively multitask and work with a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and keen on deadline submission.
  • Flexible to work beyond hours if needed.
  • MS office proficient (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • With data encoding skills, charts and graphs detail oriented
  • Can read, encode and organize volumes of data
  • Knowledgeable with google drive utilization.
