We are seeking a candidate with a strong leadership &  with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of processing operations, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices. Experience in the specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, food production) is an advantage. As Processing Supervisor your role  is to oversees daily operations within the processing area, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to production schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Male between 25-40 yrs old.
  • Stay in or live near Lapaz Tarlac
  • With Driver's License
  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree or demonstrate equivalent qualifications or experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience as processing  supervisor in the food or fresh produce  manufacturing set up;
  • With experience in the Food Manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of GMP, HACCP is advantage .
  • Willing to work on long hours schedule.
  • Very keen to details, flexible, and can work under pressure
  • Solid experience in establishing positive work relationship across all production lines;
  • Competent in manpower planning and scheduling.
  • Substantial experience in handling people issues and concern.
  • Exhibits effective basic supervisory skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Word
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal leadership, coaching, and conflict solution skills.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
  • Proficient in processing planning and reporting.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  Operations Management

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the vegetable processing line, including sorting, washing, cutting, packaging, and quality control.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all processing tasks.

  Team Leadership

  • Manage and train processing staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and processing standards.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.
  • Foster a positive and safe working environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

  Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all produce meets established quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance (QA) team to address any non-conformance issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the processing area and maintain proper documentation.

  Equipment Maintenance

  • Monitor the equipment and air control facility (reefer)
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all processing equipment is in good working order.
  • Perform routine checks and report any equipment malfunctions or required repairs.

  Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Manage raw material inventory and ensure proper storage to minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of fresh produce and other supplies.
  • Track and report production data, including yields, waste, and efficiencies.
  • Reserve freight space and communicate with forwarder.
  • Issue invoice
  • Record internal document
  • Inventory packaging material
