This position is responsible for performing technical and operational functions for the Information Technology (IT) software and related applications (including enterprise systems, web applications, on-prem solutions, etc.) within the Renewable Business Group. The incumbent shall ensure the reliability, security, and availability of all IT software applications critical to the business of the Renewable Business Group and its related businesses.

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and systems that enable data collection, storage, and analysis in the IT & OT environment. This involves developing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating efficient data processing for analytics and reporting.

IT SOFTWARE AND SYSTEMS

  • Ensure IT & OT software applications operate optimally for daily operations through constant monitoring using appropriate tools.
  • Report necessary information to the direct lead and provide recommendations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment of resources, budget, and timelines with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, address risks or roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Lead the creation, configuration, implementation, integration, and maintenance of software assets for information transmission, coordinating with the direct lead, users, and IT counterparts from different BUs.
  • Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups of codes and databases, informing affected users prior to downtime.
  • Establish and support backup and disaster recovery processes for rapid service restoration during outages.
  • Manage, forecast, and procure software licenses, ensuring availability and compliance.
  • Prepare, approve, and monitor the team's budget (CAPEX & OPEX).
  • Coordinate with IT Administrators for server management and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Assist in user awareness and implementation of IT & OT policies, maintaining information security through ISMS.
  • Ensure IT & OT cybersecurity standards are applied and compliant; report incidents accordingly.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing input on software and digital solutions for current project needs.
  • Provide end-user support for IT-related inquiries and issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct lead.
  • Spearhead data, digital management, and analytics initiatives for the group.

DATABASE AND DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure reliable, efficient data pipelines capable of handling large-scale processing.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize databases, data warehouses, and data lakes for secure and accessible data storage.
  • Implement database solutions on cloud and on-premises platforms, optimizing performance.
  • Apply data quality processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Develop routines for monitoring and validating data, resolving issues proactively.
  • Optimize data processes and storage solutions for performance and latency reduction.
  • Conduct regular performance tuning of data pipelines, databases, and queries.
  • Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure data quality.
  • Document data pipelines, schemas, and workflows for transparency and reproducibility.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an IT-related degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, and RPA development.
  • Knowledge of MYSQL, POSTGRESQL, and MSSQL databases.
  • 6-10 years of related experience in code repository management, cybersecurity, and code patch management.
  • Experience in automation scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and architect software applications.
  • Experience with data management, digital solutions, and analytics tools (e.g., Appsheet, PowerBI, Tableau).
