About the role

As the Stock Supervisor at ', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's inventory management and warehouse operations. This full-time position is based in La Paz Tarlac, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's stock and materials.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet production and customer demands
  • Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock and materials
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
  • Implementing and enforcing stock control procedures and policies
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with stock levels or storage
  • Preparing regular reports on inventory status and stock movements
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and finished products

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar stock or inventory management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including stock control, warehousing, and distribution
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and systems
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate and supervise the warehouse team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
