QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • Earned 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the power/energy industry.
  • Proficiency in electrical design and analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, PSSE, PSCAD)
  • Knowledge of power systems, renewable energy integration, and electrical safety standards.
  • Familiarity with local and international codes.
  • Ability to support business development through technical inputs, cost estimation, and client presentations.
  • Skilled in preparing technical documentation, bid packages, and compliance reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with management and clients.
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas with occasional site visits or client meetings.
