Responsible for meeting sales targets through loan generation, agent recruitment, and client acquisition. Conducts credit investigations, verifies documents, and assesses client creditworthiness. Handles collection efforts through field visits, negotiations, and payment monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets (Weekly, Monthly, Annually). Generate Sales Leads (loan application)
  • Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through cold calling, area mapping/saturation, referral, and listings. Retain more active agents
  • Conduct Sales Calls and presentations/Orientations
  • Drives effort and initiates LC Generation Activities
  • Filing of loan application and encoding sales data in the system for proper monitoring
  • Processing, qualifying, and validating of loan release documents
  • Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients
  • Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Increase engagement of Agents (frequent communication)
  • Compile and analyze credit information gathered by investigation. Create investigation report and provide weekly/daily updates to department
  • Collect customer documents as required to verify its integrity and authenticity
  • Verify customer's past or current credit record
  • View the customer's assets and evaluate the value
  • Conduct complete background and credit investigation checks: Identity, residence/ neighborhood, reference contacts, due diligence as to assets, property, affiliations.
  • Experience in appraisal (for collateral loan purpose) preferred.
  • Assessing credit worthiness of existing or prospective clients.
  • Helps customers by answering questions; responding to requests.
  • Assess clients' financial status
  • Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation.
  • Maintain updated records of loan applications.
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential.
  • Follow up with clients about loan renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
  • Preferably with at least 2 or more years of experience in banking, financing, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to perform field work in any area assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
