Job Summary:

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Treasury activities of the Treasury Specialists within Visayas and Mindanao, including but not limited to daily end of day collections reconciliations, validation of deposits both manual and bank transfers to various bank accounts, reconciliation of various receivables and sales returns management. Perform month end reconciliations, reports and accounting entries related to Treasury activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and updating the company's daily bank transactions and balances related to Operations
  • Daily bank reconciliations ensure all banking transactions are properly accounted..
  • Timely and accurate reportings.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate unidentified transactions (if any).
  • Prepare various monthly GL accounting entries related to Treasury transactions.
  • Reconciliations of various Accounts Receivables and Product Leakages (if any).
  • Oversee, supervise and coach Treasury Specialists in Visayas and Mindanao
  • Manage schedules and attendance of Treasury Specialists
  • Oversee and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Help Finance with the audit requirements related to Treasury

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word software).

Qualifications, Certifications and Education Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or Finance related courses, CPA is an advantage;
  • 5 years or more overall working experience in Finance;
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Treasury Supervisor

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
