Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role is key to optimizing marketing workflows, managing the tech stack, and ensuring operational efficiency across marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with Marketo, Wrike, and HubSpot, along with a strong track record in marketing operations within a large organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing operations processes to support campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and drive adoption of key marketing platforms, including Marketo, Wrike, and HubSpot, ensuring system integrity and efficient usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, RevOps, IT) to align systems and processes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and manage campaign workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle programs within Marketo and HubSpot.
  • Oversee marketing project and task management through Wrike, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely execution.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and integrated data across platforms for accurate campaign targeting and reporting.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify operational improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Support enablement efforts through documentation, training, and ongoing support for internal stakeholders.
  • Potentially manage junior team members or external partners/vendors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing organization, with at least 2+ years in a dedicated marketing operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Wrike, and HubSpot is required.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing operations and technology initiatives in a large or complex environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution, lead routing, segmentation, and campaign optimization best practices.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Managerial experience is a plus.
