
Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Marketing Operations Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing B2B marketing-as-a-service organization. This role requires expertise in managing, optimizing, and integrating business-to-business (B2B) marketing technology systems—commonly referred to as marketing technology or MarTech—such as HubSpot and 6sense. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs, particularly in managing the full process from lead generation to revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute both strategic and operational initiatives to scale marketing operations and marketing technology solutions in a high-growth environment.
- Design and oversee efficient processes that manage the entire lead journey—from capturing and scoring leads, to qualifying, converting, and prioritizing them for sales.
- Maintain and continuously improve the performance and functionality of the organization's marketing technology systems.
- Identify points where potential leads are lost in the funnel ("lead leakage") and create plans to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Review marketing data to uncover opportunities, challenges, and trends that support informed strategic decision-making.
- Manage the flow of marketing data across different platforms to enable cross-channel analysis and provide a complete view of customer interactions and marketing impact.
- Create and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to clearly present marketing performance.
- Work closely with campaign and creative teams to develop quarterly plans with clear deliverables, resources, and timelines; coordinate dependencies, track progress, and proactively resolve issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices in marketing operations.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of marketing operations experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Must have B2B global marketing management experience servicing international clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to the night shift (8pm start)
