Makimura Ramen Corp. is a growing Japanese restaurant brand committed to delivering authentic flavors and excellent customer service. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Store Supervisor who will help us maintain operational excellence and a positive dining experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and consistent service quality.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper food safety practices.
  • Uphold company standards in cleanliness, food quality, customer service, and overall store appearance.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and other operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with management on staffing, scheduling, training, and implementation of promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in the restaurant industry
  • Proven ability in managing staff flow, handling concerns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards
  • Dependable, approachable, and takes initiative during shifts
  • Has a clear service-first mindset—understands that customer experience comes first
  • Confident in using POS systems, performing inventory checks, and assisting with reporting and store procedures
  • Thrives in high-pressure environments
  • Willing to take on greater responsibilities over time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
