Job Title: Fully Remote - Customer Service & Software Testing Associate

Salary Range: PHP 24,000 - PHP 27,000/month Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Working Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+8), with a 1-hour lunch break.


About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service & Software Testing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while also contributing to the improvement of software products. You will handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, while also assisting the product team by performing software testing to ensure quality and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate teams.
  • Conduct functional and usability testing of software features to identify bugs or inconsistencies.
  • Document and report software issues clearly to the development team.
  • Assist in creating test cases, scenarios, and feedback reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and test results.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or software testing (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of software testing methods, bug tracking, or QA tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
