Join our team and support patients from the comfort of your home We are seeking dedicated Remote Nurses experienced in clinical and administrative tasks related to patient care, chart preparation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Tasks:

  • New patient documentation and chart preparation for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) patients
  • Complete HPI using templates; summarize prior sleep study results
  • Document PAP therapy device info and compliance downloads
  • Update provider and pharmacy information, prepare letters, and set up sleep study orders
  • Return visit documentation, including HST/PSG results, PAP settings, chief complaint, PMH, and current medications
  • Prepare referral letters, DME/OAT orders, and outgoing communications

Nonclinical/Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare PA appeal letters, DOT/FAA compliance letters, and other forms
  • Review and summarize sleep study results from external facilities
  • Process prior authorizations for PSGs and medications
  • Assist with medication appeals and HST interpretation preparation

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or similar professional background
  • Experience with patient documentation and chart preparation
  • Familiarity with PAP therapy and sleep study protocols
  • Proficiency with the Athena EMR system
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
