We are seeking a Remote - Licensed Pharmacist to support medication verification, claims compliance, and patient onboarding using advanced AI-driven tools. This is a non-customer-facing, fully remote role focused on ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify medications packed into dose-ready sachets using AI tools
  • Cross-check prescriptions for dosage, form, and quantity
  • Identify missing or duplicate tablets and flag packaging errors
  • Review and submit insurance/government claims for compliance
  • Resolve documentation issues and coordinate with billing teams
  • Support onboarding of new patients, hospitals, and nursing homes
  • Process monthly medication orders and respond to client queries

Qualifications

  • Active pharmacist license (state or national)
  • 2+ years' experience in pharmacy operations, clinical pharmacy, or claims management
  • Prior remote pharmacy experience required
  • Strong technical skills with pharmacy-related systems and AI tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred

  • Experience with dose-packaging systems (sachets/blister packs)
  • Knowledge of insurance claims or financial assistance programs
