KNC Group of Companies is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Quezon City Area Chowking store operations as a Management Trainee where he/she will help the Restaurant Manager meet goals by managing daily operations, especially in food production, staff support, and customer service.

Branches Available: Chowking Bonny Serrano

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily shift operations to meet sales, quality, and service goals.
  • Implement marketing and sales initiatives, including new product launches and suggestive selling programs.
  • Manage food safety, cleanliness, and store condition standards.
  • Monitor costs and resources to achieve profit targets.
  • Support crew training, performance monitoring, and team development.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management or a business-related field.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
