I. Job Summary

WalterMart Food Corporation is looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees for deployment to McDonald's Philippines – Waltermart Munoz branch. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, eager to lead teams, and ready to grow in a fast-paced food service environment.

II. Competencies

  • Operational Knowledge: Familiar with inventory management, store operations, and McDonald's safety and compliance standards.

lll. Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo comprehensive training in all areas of restaurant operations.
  • Assist in managing daily store activities including food safety, inventory, crew supervision, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve store targets and deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with McDonald's operational standards and safety protocols.
  • Support store management in planning, scheduling, and reporting functions.

IV. Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year Management-related course.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in the retail or food industry, ideally with exposure to customer service, team coordination, and store operations.
  • Willing to undergo training in all areas of store operations, including crew management, customer service, inventory management, and store compliance.
  • Willing to be assigned McDonald's Munoz branch under WalterMart Food Group Corporation, and work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, while supporting operations as needed.
