Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee - Retail Operations, located in Quezon City. The Management Trainee will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, analyzing sales and operational data, and ensuring excellent customer service. Tasks also include staff management, implementing sales strategies, and communicating with different team members and departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Undergo a 3-level training curriculum, including the roles of a team member, a master crew member, a service-oriented store leader, and a trainer.
  • Will be put through a combination of classroom instruction, practice activities, and floor time.
  • The goal is to become a Confident, Service-Oriented Business Leader.
  • Build, develop and manage the team.
  • Set the example for others to follow on genuine, caring customer service.
  • Identify and seize opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Engineering, Hospitality or any related course.
  • 1-2 years work experience OR if a fresh graduate, at least a year of leadership experience in an academic or extra-curricular setting.
  • Natural desire to be of service to others – our customers, team members, co-workers.
  • Openness to undertake unfamiliar tasks or situations.
  • Initiative to figure things out and perseverance to try again when things don't go as planned.
