What You'll Be Doing:

As a Management Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels. You'll be part of a high-impact team, tackling real business challenges from day one. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Track, analyze, and report on customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS, DSAT) to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 4.Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams to address recurring issues and improve service processes.
  2. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve the end-to-end customer journey.
