
Collections Assistant

Job Purpose:
Collections Assistant role is to help manage client accounts, prepare billing documents, and assist with collections.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and distributing Statements of Account (SOA) to clients.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts via phone or email.
- Drafts and sends notices and collection letters.
- Encode daily collections and update monitoring sheets (e.g., Google Drive or internal systems).
- Coordinate with internal departments for document requests.
- Prepare reports such as aging reports, collection summaries, and memos for approvals
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- With 1-2 years of work experience
- Willing to do field and in-house office works
- Proficient in English (written and verbal skills)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Keen attention to details
- Willing to work in Makati City
- Can start ASAP
