We are looking for a SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER to assist in leading and coordinating renovation and development projects, ensuring design integrity, functionality and efficiency. Working closely with the Design Director and Junior Designer(s) you will contribute to every phase of the design process, from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring creative visions to lfie.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Support the Design Director and Project Lead in managing the design process from concept to execution
  • Assist in developing creative concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors and suppliers and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Oversee material selection, space planning and construction detailing under the direction of the project leadership
  • Prepare and review design presentation/decks, moodboards, colourboards and technical drawings
  • Conduct site visits with Junior Designer(s) to monitor design implementation and ensure adherence to plans and quality standards
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, specifications and client communications
  • Assist in procurement decisions and vendor coordination to uphold design integrity
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials and innovative design solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design projects with background in project management, operations management a plus
  • Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail and space planning
  • Proficiency in design softeares such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Canva and other relevant design tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder interactions
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS 365 application and Google Workspace/Drive and other documentation tools
  • Must have a reliable laptop and internet access, hybrid work set-up with the opportunity for remote work; on-site presence is required as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php26,000.00 per month
