Arch. Jonathan O. Gan + Associates is urgently hiring full time Interior Designers.

Interior Designers

We are looking for Interior Designers to join our team and help create stunning and functional spaces for our clients. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for working with senior designers and architects to develop and execute design concepts, producing detailed drawings, and sourcing materials and furnishings. You will be expected to work on a range of projects, from residential to commercial spaces, and provide support to the design team as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with senior designers to develop design concepts for various projects
  • Produce detailed drawings using computer-aided design software (CAD) or other design programs
  • Assist in sourcing materials, furnishings, and other design elements
  • Attend client meetings and presentations with the design team
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess project progress and ensure designs are being executed according to plan
  • Maintain project documentation, including design files, specifications, and schedules
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an interior design role, either through internships or entry-level positions
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design programs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, detailed drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work on a range of projects
  • Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in design technology
