Position: Sales Design Associate

Location: Makati Showroom (On-site, with client visits as needed)

Role Overview

The Interior Designer role is at the intersection of design expertise, technical knowledge, and proactive salesmanship. You will not only create stunning kitchen concepts and designs but also actively generate your own leads and cultivate new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include preparing layouts, mood boards, and 3D renderings while effectively communicating the functionality and value of our kitchen solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Sales: Present product offerings, explain technical features, and confidently close deals. Communicate clearly in English, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of our designs.
  • Design & Technical Work: Create layouts, mood boards, and detailed renderings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Familiarity with Enscape is a plus. Deliver accurate and timely design proposals that reflect the client's style and functional needs.
  • Coordination & Follow-Through: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure that once a sale is made, products and services are delivered smoothly and on schedule. Keep clients updated throughout the process.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies. Translate insights into improved sales approaches, design solutions, and customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp required; experience with rendering software like Enscape is advantageous.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency and the ability to sell design concepts effectively. Experience in luxury kitchen or interior design products is ideal.
  • Initiative & Alignment with Values: A self-starter who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and embodies our core values—ensuring a high standard of design, customer service, and professional growth.
