The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and development of interior spaces and furniture layouts that reflect the company's brand, style, and client requirements. This role involves conceptualizing and executing creative design solutions, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring that all design outputs align with both functionality and aesthetics. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of interior design concepts and furniture layouts for residential, commercial, and showroom projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, translating these into practical and creative design solutions.
  • Work closely with the production and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with production capabilities.
  • Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and technical drawings.
  • Specify materials, finishes, color schemes, and furniture selections in line with project requirements.
  • Oversee project implementation from concept to completion, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and training.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support showroom setups, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations to ensure fresh, market-relevant designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to furniture design or manufacturing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interior design and furniture-related projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture construction methods.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ergonomics and space planning.
  • Experience in showroom or retail design.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practicality in furniture manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
