We are urgently seeking an experienced offshore HR professional to support our Human Resources team in Australia. This role will provide critical administrative and coordination support across various HR functions and the full employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Job posting (Seek, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Resume screening and interview scheduling.
  • Employment contracts, offer documentation, and reference checks.
  • Onboarding coordination, buddy program, and 3-month check-ins.
  • Managing the HR Career inbox and ATS platforms.
HR Systems & Data
  • Document updates (contracts, PDs, policies).
  • HR tools, calculators, intranet, and shared drive maintenance.
  • HRIS administration (e.g., Employment Hero, ELMO).
  • Reporting and data accuracy.
Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Supporting engagement, wellbeing, and internal culture initiatives.
  • Recognition programs, event coordination, and HR comms.
Governance & Compliance
  • Maintaining HR templates, documentation, and frameworks.
  • Tracking exit data, redundancy support, and offboarding.
