Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue growth by actively engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, effectively closing sales deals, and communicating with clients to encourage sales transactions with the company. This position requires a proactive individual with proven sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a business-to-business environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities (e.g., cold calling, responding to inquiries, lead follow-up).

  • Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers, including corporate directors and purchasing officers, to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Foster client loyalty and repeat business through the development and maintenance of strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Prepare accurate and compelling sales quotations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the products/services.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and providing informal coaching to junior team members.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder

  • Proven track record in sales with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Pleasing and professional personality with the ability to build rapport easily.

  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) transactions is highly preferred.

  • Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to set up and conduct effective meetings with corporate-level professionals.

  • Proficiency in developing compelling quotations and proposals.

  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Not shy or hesitant to engage with new people and initiate conversations.

  • Keenness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and product/service offerings.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of Php 23,000.00 per month

  • Earn up to Php 60,000 and more per month, depending on sales performance
