This isn't just about baking—it's about orchestrating dessert production for high-volume events, leading a talented pastry team, and ensuring every bite and every plate looks as good as it tastes. You'll design menus tailored to each event's theme, manage ingredient sourcing like a pro, and keep our kitchen humming smoothly, all while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and style.

What You'll Be Whipping Up

Culinary Excellence & Menu

• Craft event-specific dessert menus that wow guests and reflect seasonal ingredients and Enderun Events' premium flair.
• Create an irresistible variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and plated desserts using both classic and modern techniques.
• Invent new and exciting sweet creations to keep our offerings fresh, fun, and on-theme.
• Ensure every dessert meets our gold standard for taste, texture, and show-stopping presentation—even when producing for hundreds.

Event Production & Execution

• Juggle pastry production timelines to meet multiple banquet deadlines like a seasoned pro.
• Ensure perfect portioning, flawless plating, and on-the-dot service for large-scale events.
• Work closely with Banquet Chefs, Event Managers, and service teams to make sure the dessert service flows like clockwork.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead, train, and inspire a passionate pastry team in a supportive, high-energy kitchen environment.
• Delegate tasks smartly to keep the workflow smooth and efficient.
• Provide feedback, encouragement, and skills training to help your team grow.
• Help recruit and onboard new pastry talent who share your passion for excellence.

Operational Sweetness

• Keep a watchful eye on inventory, ordering exactly what's needed while staying within budget.
• Store and handle ingredients to maintain top-notch freshness and flavor.
• Ensure pastry equipment is sparkling clean, well-maintained, and ready for action.
• Enforce impeccable food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene practices.

Your Ingredients for Success

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training in Pastry Arts preferred.
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or senior pastry role, ideally in banquets, catering, or high-volume events.
• A blend of creativity, precision, and leadership skills.
• A love for both the art and the science of pastry.
• Must be able to work at our McKinley Hill branch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
