Are you fluent in
Danish or Norwegian
and ready for an international career challenge? We are looking for self-driven, enthusiastic individuals to join our fast-growing BPO team in Manila. As a Nordic Appointment Setter, you will be the key link between our business and the Scandinavian market, using your language skills to secure high-quality sales appointments and drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:
    Proactively engage, communicate, and build rapport with
    Danish or Norwegian-speaking clients
    across various industries.
  • Appointment Setting:
    Execute high-volume outbound calls to identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and secure appointments for our sales team.
  • Quality Service:
    Provide exceptional service, ensuring all client interactions are professional and reflect our company's standards.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to refine targeting strategies, share client feedback, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Process Improvement:
    Contribute ideas and collaborate with teams to improve existing processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Native-Level Fluency:
    Must be a
    native speaker
    of either
    Danish or Norwegian
    (written and verbal).
  • English Proficiency:
    Strong professional communication skills in
    English
    are required for internal team communication.
  • Mindset:
    A
    self-driven
    individual with a passion for problem-solving, a highly collaborative spirit, and the
    enthusiasm
    to tackle new challenges.
