Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Contact licensed insurance agents from comprehensive databases containing 20,000-30,000 qualified leads
  • Present an exciting business opportunity and value proposition to licensed insurance professionals
  • Schedule appointments for interested prospects to visit the company's Florida office for detailed discussions
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns with daily targets of hundreds of calls
  • Follow proven scripts and processes designed for consistent, professional messaging
  • Maintain detailed records of call outcomes, prospect interactions, and appointment scheduling
  • Participate in quality assurance sessions and call monitoring for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and share best practices
  • Work directly with management team for ongoing coaching and performance optimization

Requirements
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or customer outreach preferred
  • Strong professional phone presence and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated quiet home office environment
  • Flexibility to work during Eastern Time business hours (Florida time zone)
