Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 45,000 to 60,000 to apply.

We are looking for a dedicated Costing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for costing new projects and working with project managers on financial reporting.

What will you do as a Costing Manager?

Reporting to a Programme Manager, your accountabilities will include:

• Costing of opportunities, working closely with all stakeholders and querying costs where appropriate
• Working with programme and project managers to analyse project budgets
• Providing financial reporting to steering groups as required
• Implementation of agreed decisions
• Appropriate communication with all key stakeholders both internal and external

Essential:

• Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills, with the ability to manage budgets and costs.
• A proactive strategic thinker who can solve problems and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of international education reform and/or experience in education, publishing, or assessment.
