About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Engineer to join our team. As a Land Development Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of land development projects in General Trias City Cavite. This full-time role is integral to the success of our construction and development initiatives, and offers excellent opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing land development plans, including site surveys, grading, drainage, and infrastructure design
  • Liaising with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Preparing detailed reports, cost estimates, and project documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as architects, project managers, and environmental specialists, to ensure the successful delivery of land development projects
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in land development engineering

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in land development engineering, preferably in the construction and development industry
  • Proficient in the use of CAD software, project management tools, and other engineering software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with local regulations and building codes related to land development projects
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or a license to practice in the Philippines is highly desirable
