About the role

We are seeking a talented French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc.'. This is a full-time night shift position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the voice of our Canadian clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally in a Canadian market
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
