Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily operations of the hotel's security team and coordinate shift schedules.
  2. Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), patrol hotel premises, and ensure access control.
  3. Respond promptly to emergency situations such as theft, disturbances, medical incidents, or fire alarms.
  4. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
  5. Train, coach, and evaluate security staff to maintain a high level of professionalism and preparedness.
  6. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
  7. Prepare and maintain incident reports, investigation summaries, and security logs.
  8. Ensure the proper functioning of all security systems and equipment.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and handling emergency situations.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel security operations, emergency procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physically fit and mentally alert.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion.
