Work Location: Gaisano Island Mall, Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City

The Cashier & Food Attendant plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service for Affordabowls, a food stall affiliated with The Beach Park Hadsan. The employee will handle both cashiering and food service duties while ensuring smooth, fast, and efficient stall operations inside Gaisano Island Mall in Pusok.

Job Description:

  • Process customer orders accurately using cash, GCash, or other payment methods.
  • Handle cash securely and ensure correct issuance of change and receipts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
  • Assist with daily sales monitoring, reporting, and end-of-day balancing.
  • Serve food orders quickly and neatly according to Affordabowls standards.
  • Portion and assemble rice bowls, toppings, and sauces correctly.
  • Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety compliance at all times.
  • Refill and maintain stocks of ingredients and supplies in the service area.
  • Keep the working station and stall clean and orderly throughout the day
  • Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer menu questions and provide helpful recommendations.
  • Address minor customer concerns or escalate issues when needed.
  • Uphold the brand's friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Support opening and closing procedures of the stall.
  • Follow company protocols, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and co-workers for smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold Affordabowls and The Beach Park Hadsan's service values.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Experience in food service or cashiering is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic math and familiarity with POS or GCash is preferred.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, reliable, hardworking, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php540.00 per day
