About the role

As a Franchise Coordinator at Select Goods', you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful operation and growth of our retail franchise network. Based in our Taguig City Metro Manila office, this full-time position will see you work closely with our franchise partners to ensure their stores are meeting our high standards and serving our customers to the best of their abilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners, helping them navigate operational, financial and compliance matters
  • Conducting regular store visits and audits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
  • Coordinating the implementation of new initiatives, products and marketing campaigns across the franchise network
  • Maintaining detailed records and reporting on the performance of individual franchise stores and the network as a whole
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or queries from franchise partners in a timely manner
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the franchise offering and drive continued growth

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a franchise, retail or operations management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with franchise partners
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with franchise management best practices and an understanding of the regulatory landscape
  • A collaborative, customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement
