The headquarters of Mérieux University is located west of Lyon (France) in "le Domaine de Montcelard," with 4 Regional Hubs dedicated to our international sessions (China, USA, Shanghai, France).
Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
This position plays a key role in delivering the marketing strategy for the Immunology business in the Philippines. The role works closely with customer-facing teams and distributors across the country to achieve sales and profitability targets for the Immunology franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic long-term and annual business plan and budget that are defensible and achievable.
- Define and develop a current assessment and dynamic profile of the market.
- Develop and ensure implementation of a well-defined and actionable marketing plan geared towards achieving business objectives, with monitoring and measurement in place.
- The plan should include:
- Define, develop, and implement an effective market development plan. Help capture met and unmet needs and translate these into sustainable value propositions.
- Formulate and implement an action plan to drive installed base consumption.
- Proactively define and implement pricing, positioning, and promotion actions required to ensure a profitable business.
- Develop and deliver cost-effective communication tools that support the sales effort.
- Design and deliver product training and orientation programs.
Educational Background & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the IVD industry, working with clinicians, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.
