Your opportunity

This is a 12-month graduate programme from April / May 2026 focusing on first hand experience in the intermediary sales team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking. Successful graduate will be considered full time positions at the end of the programme.

• Support the intermediary distribution channel in all sales-related and marketing activities as required
• Support and coordinate all aspects of new client onboarding in collaboration with internal stakeholders and relevant functions
• Support the intermediary distribution channel in coordinating RFP & ad hoc requests
• Monitor and actively track progress of opportunities and prospects in a timely manner on Salesforce, including updating of contact details, meeting notes and any post meeting follow-up actions
• Research and monitor asset management development in key Asian markets to develop competitor analysis and other market intelligence. through usage of analytical tools and in collaboration with relevant teams
• Opportunity to have exposure across other groups including Client Account Management, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, etc
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

• University graduate from an undergraduate or Masters degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a similar discipline
• Strong interest in the asset management / investment industry
• Understanding of the financial markets
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to details

Annual Bonus Opportunity:
Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
