Salary Range : ₱50,000 - ₱70,000

Work Setup : Onsite

Shift Schedule : Day Shift

Location : Davao City

The role

Supports the client with their in developing strategies & standards aligned to overall company's sales objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Helps create effective Sales Training module, methodology & measures in ensuring the building capability strategies are executed well and transforms into business results.
  • Takes the lead on supervising projects & ensure everything is happening as planned.
  • Ensure capability development of sales people
  • Development of training modules

What we're looking for:

  • College graduate with good communication & Presentation skills.
  • Sales & Marketing experience on GT & MT & well expose across channel management
  • With depth Training experience & handling a Corporate Training position
  • In depth understanding in Sales Operations (Distribution, Fundamental execution & any Sales related activities)
  • Understands the fast-moving consumer goods business and uses knowledge & experience to achieve distribution and volume growth. Perceives the impact of excellent execution on results and on the competition
