Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels across brands, channels, and stores. Proactively recommend replenishments, transfers, or markdowns to maintain inventory health and avoid overstock or stockouts.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on product, brand, store, and channel performance. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support sales strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in operational tools such as Odoo (ERP), Fieldsense, Looker dashboards, and Google Sheets.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support decisions and improve workflows using accurate, relevant data.
  • Help document, improve, and streamline reporting templates, processes, and tracking systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in sales support or business/data analysis
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player
  • Skilled in data interpretation, problem-solving, and basic statistics
  • Experience with Power Query and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
