Position Title: HubSpot Onboarding Specialist
Work Set-up: Work From Office Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PH Time Zone
Salary: Php 40, Php 55,000.00 gross salary package

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer needs and requirements
• Configure HubSpot to meet customer needs

• Train users on HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools

• Troubleshoot problems with HubSpot

• Provide ongoing support to customers

• Work with the Customer Success Manager to track customer progress and identify opportunities for improvement

• Liaise with internal teams, external accountants, and clients to gather relevant information

• Stay up-to-date on HubSpot's latest features and functionality

Required Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles

• You are HubSpot Certified (proof of certification required)

• Strong ability to build assets in HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service tools

• HubSpot platform setup experience

• Experience with project management and problem-solving

• Experience with project management software, for example - Asana, ClickUp,
