Department: Sales and Marketing
Job Summary: We seek a proactive Sales Executive to support our Sales and Marketing team at Cravings Catering. The role involves meeting sales targets, managing client relationships and inquiries, and expanding our customer base through lead-generation activities for our Catering & Events business.
Cravings is a 37 year old brand with an established track record in gourmet catering.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media and support each inquiry
- Utilize marketing channels like telemarketing, email, and social media to generate leads
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with Corporate and Social event leads
- Meet sales quotas through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain and organize the client database
- Develop and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Filipino
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
Preferred:
- Experience in direct sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Experience in hospitality/ tourism/ F&B
