MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in managing personnel and projects
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Strong computer and technical skills with specific experience in Microsoft Office Suite

BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate sales efforts aimed at growing DBSI and the marketing movement
  • Oversee processes and develop strategic sales and marketing for DBSI's products and services
  • Build a strong company reputation and industry presence
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, survey, and analysis
  • Align various sales activities to compliment organizational goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
